About the race

An extreme multisport day: swim in Abersoch Bay, ride to the Snowdon massif, run up the Watkin Path to the summit and back, then cycle back to the beach. Solo or as a relay team.

THE ROC Wales takes place on Saturday 8 May 2027 in Abersoch, Gwynedd, with 1.5km sea swim, 100km bike, Snowdon summit run (approx. 115km total), Relay on offer.

Open water events usually need a wetsuit below a set water temperature. Unlicensed athletes pay a small day licence fee.
